Make your body a laboratory for learning! The skills you develop troubleshooting your own pain problems will directly help you solve your clients’ problems. In mastering self-treatment, you discover precisely what works and what doesn’t.

Extensive clinical practice time is detailed, supervised, and memorable! We demonstrate using deep stroking massage in place of static pressure on trigger points. Discover less intense, more effective pain relief that lasts. Better communication methods created to empower but you and your client. This is trigger point therapy your clients will love!

At every turn throughout the workshop, you will be shown safer and more effective techniques that will help keep you out of pain. A special forearm and hand self-treatment session will be included to help relieve pain from previous strain. End your work-related pain with effective self-care.

The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook, 2nd edition, by Clair and Amber Davies, is our study guide. You can find it for $22.95 in all major bookstores, including Barnes & Noble and Books-a-Million. Or you can order a copy online at Amazon.com. You will need to bring your own copy of the book to the workshop. Please read at least the first 3 chapters in advance of the class.

Massage cream, sheets and massage tables will be provided. Participants should bring or wear shorts and women should also have a sports bra or tank top.
